My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfy, with plenty of towels and a very clean bathroom, but they were also full of black ants, which made it impossible for me to stay. The service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was great, right in the heart of the Galleria district, making it convenient for evening walks and shopping. The dining experience was not bad, with decent offerings, but the breakfast was a bit limited. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but the presence of ants in the rooms was a major downside.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a convenient kitchenette and sitting area. The breakfast was decent, but unfortunately, there were some issues with black ants. The mid-week Happy Hour was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to a positive experience overall.
